A human body needs several nutrients such as vitamin A, C, D, E, all B vitamins, fiber, iron, and protein for the effective body functionalities. For the proper growth of the people and normal healthy living, these entire nutrients are highly necessary for them. Every person should have to take healthy foods that have all these nutrients.
Avoid fast and junk foods:
Today, most of the humans do not take healthy foods and only take fast foods or junk foods. The fast foods and junk foods are only providing good taste but it is not healthy. They should only take natural foods which are healthy for them with all these whole nutrients. Improper intake of nutrients will affect a growth of the humans especially children. The parents must take more care on their child’s food in order to avoid impairment of their health. It is also known as malnutrition, over nutrition, or under nutrition. Excess intake of nutrients will be called as over nutrition. Both have to be avoided and the people must only take correct levels of nutrients in their food. Excess nutritional food is stored in the human body and will increase their weight. When the particular nutrient is lacking for a long time in their daily food, it will lead to the different deficiency diseases such as vitamin deficiency, iron deficiency, protein deficiency, and more. These deficiency diseases are also known as nutritional disorders that must be ignored with the proper nutritional foods.
Vitamin deficiency diseases:
The absence of whole vitamins like vitamin A, all B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, and all other vitamins in the daily diet for long time will cause different vitamin deficiency in the humans. Considerable vitamin deficiency diseases are night blindness, Xerophthalmia, Rickets, Osteomalacia, Bleeding diseases, Scurvy, Beriberi, Pellagra, MAcrocytic anaemia, and Pernicious anaemia. These are some of the commonly occurred deficiency diseases due to lagging in particular vitamins. So, the people should have to intake foods with whole vitamins. Presence of all vitamins in the human body will not make any vitamin deficiencies. These lacking of vitamins mostly found in the children these days. The parents should be very careful in their kid’s foods and nutritional health. If they take more care on only providing nutrient rich foods, their child will not get vitamin deficiency diseases at all the times.
Other deficiency diseases:
Along with the vitamin deficiency diseases, the persons will also get some other deficiencies due to lacking in other nutrients. Some of those deficiency diseases are anaemia, protein energy malnutrition, marasmus, and kwashiorkor. When the humans are taking lower amount of protein in their daily food, they will get protein energy malnutrition deficiency. When it comes to the other nutrients, protein is one of the most important nutrients for the growth and body building of the humans. So, everyone should carefully take their foods with the protein content. Excess amount of vitamins and proteins will also make over nutrition problem in the people. So, all nutrients level must be in controlled amount for the healthy muscle and bone growth.
